Gay Kent is a British Wheel of Yoga teacher and has been teaching for 25 years. Yoga calms the mind, bringing a sense of harmony, relaxation and well-being, as well as optimising physical health and strength.
Yoga for Pregnancy. A class suitable for pregnant woman after 16 weeks, offering a guide to the best exercises, breathing and relaxation for each stage of pregnancy.
Cost: £8.00 a session or £6.50 a session if pre-paid for a block of four.
Yoga for All. A class suitable for all age groups and all levels of expertise. Classes will run for a 10 week term.
Cost: £50.00.
