| COMPANY j members of ages 14 – 25 will blend soul, street and jazz dance styles to create stunning new choreographies, build strength and develop immaculate technique. Lead by highly experienced, leading dance practitioner, Maryam Pourian, of Swan Lake and Nutcracker! | |

| COMPANY b Theatre is a highly skilled, socially engaged theatre company for 14 – 25 year olds, who make edgy, original performances. Their work takes them to locations around Plymouth, as well as creating imaginative environments within Barbican Theatre’s professional theatre space. | |

| Dance FORCE 15 – 25 year olds are learning how to teach and deliver dance workshops. The group receives quality leadership and facilitation training, including workshop structure, technical and artistic content, marketing and legal requirements. | |

| Arts FORCE 15 – 25 year olds are a group of committed and passionate young people who want to learn how to campaign for the arts. They will be sharing their artistic ideas and visions which they will be enabled to develop and make happen. Arts FORCE will learn how to campaign for the arts they want to see and help make event happen. | |
| Tech FORCE | Thursdays, 7pm – 9pm |
| Tech FORCE 15 – 25 year olds are a motivated group of young people who are training in technical production and stage management. They learn a range of technical skills and how to put these into practice. The group develop technical skills in lighting and sound whilst gaining invaluable experience working with professional visiting companies. | |
