Humanism is a comprehensive life stance that upholds human reason, ethics, and justice, and rejects supernaturalism, pseudo-science, and superstition. We meet regularly to hear invited speakers talk, discuss and socialise. We are also starting volunteering projects.
Our monthly schedule is as follows.
-2nd Sunday of each month Conservation walk at Warleigh Point (usually followed by a bite to eat and a drink in the pub).
-2nd Tuesday of each month Pub Quiz.
-4th Tuesday of each month talk on a subject of interest.
We are interested in science, culture, philosophy, ethical and moral issues. We tend to be atheists and agnostics. We can also be found on facebook.
